The short version

Njamr does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, telemetry, or cloud service. Your Markdown files are processed on your Windows device.

Files you open

Njamr reads files you choose so it can render them. It does not upload them and never writes to or modifies the Markdown source. Recent-file history is stored only in Windows local app storage on your device.

Network access

All code highlighting, math, and diagram rendering assets are bundled with Njamr. The app makes no outbound network requests of its own. If a document explicitly contains a remote image, displaying that image may contact the image host. External links open only after you select them and are handled by your default browser.

This website

This website uses no analytics, advertising cookies, accounts, or contact forms. Its hosting infrastructure may process routine request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site.

Support email

If you email for support, the information you choose to include is used only to respond to your request. You can ask for that correspondence to be deleted.
